Our engineered products are tested on certain parameters at every stage of processing to ensure the qualitative needs of the clients. Various quality procedures are conducted on important parameters of the products to deliver the best quality to clients.

We have a team of quality analysts who conduct different quality measures in our well-organized labs.

The panels are constructed using superior quality sheet steel. All fabricated parts undergo a thorough nine-tank pre-treatment process, including:

• Degreasing
• Derusting
• Phosphatizing
• Passivation

The front side of the panel houses meters, switches, and other active devices. The layout is designed for ergonomic and aesthetic needs.

Wiring is done using 1100-volt grade multi-stranded PVC wires, neatly bunched with cable ties for easy handling.

Rigorous quality checks are conducted at various stages of manufacturing. Routine tests as per IS:8623 are performed on the fully assembled panel.
