Quality

Our engineered products are tested on certain parameters at every stage of processing to ensure the qualitative needs of the clients. Various quality procedures are conducted on important parameters of the products to deliver the best quality to clients. These procedures are regularly modified and revised to enhance product quality.

We have a team of quality analysts who conduct different quality measures in our well-organized labs.

Construction

The panels are constructed using superior quality sheet steel. All fabricated parts undergo a thorough nine-tank pre-treatment process, including:

• Degreasing
• Derusting
• Phosphatizing
• Passivation

Following this process, they are powder-coated for durability. The panel doors are fully gasketed to protect against dust and vermin entry. Every component used in the panel is supervised by skilled personnel to ensure quality.

Layout

The front side of the panel houses meters, switches, and other active devices. In control & relay panels, the relays are also mounted on the front side.

The layout is designed for ergonomic and aesthetic needs, ensuring adequate space for cabling, operation, and testing. The front side may feature mimic diagrams with voltage color codes as per standard or customer requirements, with indicating lights and control switches for system monitoring.

Wiring

Wiring is done using 1100-volt grade multi-stranded PVC wires, neatly bunched with cable ties for easy handling. The wiring at both ends is supported with self-locking ferrules and terminal strips for effortless termination.

Additionally, the panel includes an internal illumination lamp controlled by a toggle or door switch for maintenance work.

Quality Assurance

Rigorous quality checks are conducted at various stages of manufacturing. Routine tests as per IS:8623 are performed on the fully assembled panel.
